Whats the cheapest DVD burner for Ps2 DVD games
 

As in a burner that will burn working DVD backups of Ps2 games ?.
Are the Plextor PX-504A's any good ?.

Not positive on this but I think that Cendyne makes what is basically a budget model of the Puioneer burners. I have heard good things about them.

my tobisha sd-50004 never failed me yet on makeing ps2 game and was a decent price i payed 200$ with s/h but this is been awhile back im sure there alot cheaper now

the a05 is down to £169.99

makes me cry when i paid £450 for my a03 when they were released

tobisha sd-5004 is £129 now (seen at a computer fair) its a good writer every dvdr as done the speed it says on the disc (only prob its only a x1 or x2 write)

Then I can play the game at the proper speed

Speed doesnt bother me, as long as it produces working backups.

If you are in Canada, get the LG multi driver gma-4020b....it's only $265.00 cad. And it burns Princo 1x dvd-r at 2x with no prob....I know this 'cause I just got the drive yesterday and it works great.....

129$ blah thats all they cost now well 1x is all i burn games at any how seems faster i burn games the more they skip when playing and i made enough money off my burner to pay me back many times :)
