X-Men 2 crack problem
 

If I try to start X-Men 2 with the "Nemesis" crack, I get an error message. Here's the German one: Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "_BinkSetVolume@12" wurde in der DLL "binkw32.dll" nicht gefunden.
Is there a possibility to get this game running using this crack anyway?
I would be very thankful for your help.

maybe the binkw32.dll is missing ?

If you got the original CD with the Original Install the file should be missing.

I think you forgot to insert a 'not' somewhere, krondike :D

I have the original CD and the file is also there. But it would be nice to play the game without a cd. So has anyone other suggestions?

Well then, first question should be : does it do this without any crack, with the original cd ? If the original works fine, it's the crack that's bad, otherwise you should contact the publisher for a solution. Well, traffic is kinda slow at the moment so what the heck, pm me with a valid email address and I'll mail you a couple of different versions of binkw32.dll. I had a similar problem once, and I had to hunt for a different version of that dll. It's a dll that's used to play the movies in games, and lots of games come with different versions of that same dll.
