XBOX chip
 

I'm thinking of getting my box chipped, a shop local to me http://www.playstationchips.co.uk/pa...x-modchip.html

they say that there 'cheapermod' is good. Anyboby had experiences of this type of chip?


Also, when backing up xbox games, can i use recordnowmax, exactly the same as backing up ps2 games?

Don't know any thing about that chip. Just make sure you can update the bios if need be.

Or you could get the X2 Lite and have them install that.

As for burning XBox games. Just do a data burn in RecordNow Max and they will play fine.

I just got the (x2lite plus) no solder got pogo pins built in but I still need help I cant get the stupid bios bins to work with X2MB I hope i figure it out soon got it from www.extrememods.com for 62 but Ive seen it cheeper but they dont have it in stock yet. check it out if you cant solder like me

What are you talking about? The X2 Lite and plus are pre flashed. Just line up the clip and your done.

uhh the x2 lite with the attached pogos are decent
but if u wanna do the easy task of flashing it yourself, u save like 20 bucks

Yeah it does come preflashed but Im talking about using the x2 bios manager and putting the x2_4976.02 bios in with ozxflah well I did finally get the bios.bin to iso format.

u dont needa touch the x2 lite bios, unless u wanna update it
