CD\MP3 Car stereo
I haven't really looked at car stereo's for a long time and to my surprise I noticed that CD\WMA\MP3 car stereo's are abundently available.
Do MP3 disc sound as good as the regular converted disc? And why would I want one that plays Windows media or WMA? |
The higher the bitrate of the mp3 the closer it will sound to cd quality. I personally use nothing lower than 160 kb/s. You can't tell the difference between a regular cd and an mp3 cd with high quality mp3s. Just about all mp3 cd players also support WMA too. Don't know why though. I have never had a use for it.

dont think there should be ne difference in quality, as the bitrate of MP3 is the decider on what it sounds like (unless talkin about speakers etc)
WMA is lesser quality, sounds not as good, but is about the third of the size. this means that u can fit more than 20 hours of music on a cd. |
Thanx for all the info
I think I'm getting one today. Nomore average 15 song limitation on a sigle car stereo CD sounds great to me!
