Nec Dvd+rw
 

I just recieved the dell dvd+rw it says the drive is made by nec has anybody have any experince in using this drive I also picked up some maxwell dvd+r I was wondering if they were any good. I have a V5 system with a messiah2pro chip I shouldn't have any problems playing DVD+R on my system. thank for all the help.

providing that your laser is in fairly good condition, you should have no problems playing DVD+R backups on your v5

... that is providing that your Dell DVD+ writer burns the discs correctly :)
