Backing up Freelancer

Okay...I have Freelancer (the real version) and I'm trying to make a backup...when trying to burn, it says it's protected. Now I Just downloaded Alcohol 120% since that seems to be what everyone else is using. I also searched Freelancer posts here, but that didn't really help. So could someone help guide me through a backup? I have no clue what an "Image" is, so don't assume I'll understand right away what you're talking about.

Thanks.

Also: When installing it, it works fine until it gets to "Creating Game Folders" then eventually gives an error pertaining to 'shfolder.exe'. I did a search for it, and it's not on my computer...should it be? Mind you, this is still the original.

Freelancer backup

Howsit Sinix....
Its pretty basic stuff......
When you click on the Alcohol it opens to a main page...
Click on the image making icon in the top left corner.....
Insert Freelancer into your cd Rewriter....(just my personal pref...my dvd doesn;t do 1:1)
At the bottom it says datatype click this and select SafeDisk 2....
Burn the Image to Hard Drive with a read speed of about 4x...
It will come up with read errors whilst doing this but don;t worry thats just the protection.....When the image is complete.....Insert the Blnk CDr into the burner and select Image Burning Wizard.....Keep data type on safedisk 2. Select the image from Alcohol folder or wherever you saved and burn at around 4-12x...
Dependant on manufacturer of writer it depends whether back up is 1:1 or if you need to apply a crack
Hope that Helps
:D
