Two dots ..! (Who's king?)

How do you get a folder with two dots in it on to a cd from a hard disk?
I have downloaded Oracle 817 for NT from Oracle (legit) but can not get it on to cd!

I would suggest that Oracle would be a good place to ask.
After all they support their products, don't they?
