If you mean that you have a EXE protected with SafeDisc 2.5x you should use SafeDisc 2 Cleaner:

- run SD2Cleaner
- mark "Keep Filesize" ans "bOOls eYe"
- click on unwrap
- browse to the protected EXE
- open it
- SD2Cleaner will create you a fixed EXE in the same directory
