Does your apple modded Ps2 play dvd9 discs ok? Like those dual layer ones?

Yes, it does. I beat him to it. ;)

The one game that didn't play... I forget which one... you just hold down the reset button a bit longer and it does. :)

Hey it was my question Gurm! j/k:) But yeah it will play dvd9 such as Xenosaga, you just have to hold reset for a few seconds like Gurm said. You gotta love the rock bottom price of such an awesome chip.:D

I haven't ordered one yet. Do those people have one for a v4?

And how is the install? Better than the Magic3, I hope?

I think they sell a version for your board. And about the install I would not know... I'm paying someone to install mine =)

Yeah they sell a v4 version so does www.modchip-sbox.com. That's where I got my v7 chip. It is a little cheaper there too.
