psx1copy not working on modchip 3.1
 

i have a magic modchip 3.1 chip installed in my ps2 , since the installation process i can not play any longer audiocds the menu appears but the playback does not work, i am also not able to play back my securitycopies of my psx1games, i can play original dvds, original ps1-games, backup ps2games, and original ps2games, does anyone know why the chip blocks my normal audiocds and does not play backup psx1-games, thank you, the chip always tells me insert disk if i put in a psx1-backup.

try booting in ps1 mode

hold the power button until the blue eject light comes on
