hmm, I'm not sure. I did a search on google and yahoo, didn't come up with much. I only saw the LPC mod with evolution X, nothing about the chip other than sellers. Since it's not really talked about anywhere, I'm guessing that it probably isn't reflashable. Sry I can't help you, every site that said something about was German (i think), and I can't read german :(
