Spearhead ver. 2.15
 

I'm running Medal of Honor: Spearhead version 2.11 with a no cd patch. (I bought both the original Medal of Honor Allied Assault and Spearhead, but I find looking for the cd all the time a pain in the ass, plus I don't want to risk scratching the cds from all the handling).

Question: If I install the latest patch to update Spearhead from ver. 2.11 to ver. 2.15, does the existing no cd patch work, or do I have to wait until a no cd patch comes out for ver. 2.15?

No, in almost 99.9% of the cases you'll need a new crack. But you can also use Alcohol120% to make backups or run the game from a hard disk image. It's not too much work, and it'll work for any future putches, without ever needing a crack again.

a v2.15 nocd was released some days ago by Razor 1911.
it should arive on GCW soon.
