My Disk tray makes a buzzing noise when it comes out
 

It doesn't make one however when I have a game inside, could this harm my ps2?

its getting to that time of the year when there are a lot of flying insects about, are you sure that a bee hasn't flown into your ps2 when you weren't looking?

lol, im sure of it, when I had my old ps2, it would do that but when I got a new v7 it didn't do it until I got the chip installed.

Yes, only when there is no disk in the drive, when there is, there is no buzzing sound.
