Rolling Screen (Y pos. problem?)
 

I made a post earlier about the problem I was having with Kartia. The screen was rolling and flickering and I couldn't figure out why. I had searched through the forums and one of the mods (I think) mentioned that Zapper2000 might correct the problem. Well, it did fix the kartia problem. Unfortunately, that's the ONLY game I got it to work for. I copied my Castlevania Chronicals and Digimon World 2 game disks and they BOTH have the rolling screen problem. I tried converting them to pal and that didn't work. I tried realigning the Y position to 21 21 like the Zapper program suggested and that didn't work either. Has anyone else run into this problem and found some way to fix it? It's driving me out of my mind!

Try Import Player 1.0 from megagames. At the screen, change it to PAL and hit start. When screen flickers, change your CD to the game and hit start again. Import player will mostly likely work on games with 1 or 3 Y-pos as shown by pal4u. Pal4u patcher will give you an off-centered screen. It will be ok if you can adjust the display.
