help!! how to burn downloaded ps2 games!!!

i just downloaded tenchu and winning eleven from mirc... but when i burn them to a cd, they don't work...

im not sure if im doing things right... i'll tell you what im doing:

1. after downloading the game(zip file)i unzipped it
2.after i unzipped winning eleven, i got the like 26 files labeled kal-we6i.XX (xx=1 through 24)

im pretty sure that this rip is by Kalisto, but i don't know why they don't work... maybe there is a special way to burn them.. im lost...

please help me out...
