Making a copy of The Sims House party Expansion Pack
 

I have the original copy of "The Sims House Party Expansion Pack " and the serial # . I would like to make a copy of this cd . . I tried last night and it is copyrighted . How can I "cheat" the cd?:)
Forgot to add I'm using win xp:( and clone cd

Have you had a look at this yet. It provides a comprehensive guide to copying your games.
House Party is protected by Safedisk 2 (not sure about what version number).
Try using Alcohol 120% with it's Safedisk 2 profile.

Hi there,

If your cd-writer is able to do so to handle with BlindRead version 4.4.0.36 and BlindWrite version 4.4.0.65, then this will help:

Running BlindRead:
- On - Extraction subcodes
- On - Image fileformat iso@2352
- On - Nibble
- Maximum speed 4x (auto=off)

Be patient; after scanning it's running the BWA-section.
(Select yes for automatic closing latest sector)
Save it, into a special made image-folder.
Look at the c:\program files\vso\blindwrite folder, where some latest files belongs to your latest image, so move that to that special made image-folder.

After that, now you can running BlindWrite:
- Open the special made image-folder
- Start image verification
- Select SAO RAW RW
- Select Speed 4x
- Start with writing (not with the auto-button, please!)
(And you need a ordinary cd, not a cd-w)

It's not only a question like override; it's only the question if your copy-software can handle it; so can read and understand the protection.
And finally for making an image or 1:1 copy if can be realized with the burning_software.

Of course, if your CD-burner do not have enough languages like
DAO, SAO, TAO and/or with PQ, PW, RAW, the less succesfull burning results are available.

And finally, StarForce v3 and v4 SE (secret edition), PlumpInt and a few others (based on hardware equipment protection) needs newest software for reading (expected late 2003 or later) so
no-cd crack should be running around first, to make backup otherwise possible.
