my PS2 is FKed 1 month after getin M2 help(better explanantion then my other post)
 

Ok i got ma ps2 chipped about a month aago i played it no problems all games loaded 100%. It stood in 1 place al the time & never moved. then one day after i came from school i played for an hour then went to take a nap. Then i wake up and guess wat i began to get the red screen of death. i tried everythin turnin of the chip then bak on nothing helped.( All of the original games both dvd and non dvds work only the copied game dont.) So before i go to sleep all of the sudden ps2 began to work so i was relieved, Next day same thing happened. and on the third day i only get the red screen. what can it b. I checked for loose wires and everythin looked normal but didnt at that way.

ihave ps2 V7 with messiah 2 pro.

Have you cleaned the laser with a cleaning disc?

If the lens gets dirty, it can cause the symptoms you describe.
