website -> downloads -> NOLF 2 v1.3 Flt Dox...

right click on NOLF 2 -> Save as... -> fdx-n213.rar
(don´t forget the *.rar !)

this webhost sucks, cause it don´t accept rar files.
maybe i change to spaceports.com.
theay have 5GB traffic and unlimit size ;)
