help for burn cd
 

Do anyone know why this happened when I use either nero nor clonecd to burn a cd ?? (same problem in both nero and clonecd)

Writing Session 1 LeadIn...
Writing to CD failed, MEDIUM ERROR: NO ADDITIONAL SENSE INFORMATION (3:0x64:0xc0)

and how to slove this problem ?? :confused:
because I need to backup some important files to cd :mad:
