help for a newbie
 

I've copied the files onto my hard drive using dvd decrypter, I have also taken out the files I need using dvd2one.

How do I copy the files onto a dvd?

Nero doesn't recognise the images in the directory and neither doe record now. Pinnacle recognises the image but falls over whilst testing the files.

If any one can assist I'd be very grateful.

In Nero select DVD Video, New.

You should then be presented with two folders:-

AUDIO_TS
VIDEO_TS

Select the folder made by DVD2One, it should have files like _TS, VOB, etc.

Don't select the folder made by DVD Decrypter, these files won't be recognised.

Select all the files in The DVD2One folder and drag them into the VIDEO_TS folder. Nothing goes in the AUDIO_TS folder.

Then select burn.

Make sure you are using Nero 5.5.10.7 minimum.

Personally I'd like to keep Easy CD creator 5 and I understand Nero conflicts with it, so I used a program called copytodvd. It seems that dvd2one looks for it when it's ready to burn.

If you use copytodvd then the burn will automaticaly start for you, so you can leave the program on and go out, to bed etc.
