Please Help about civ3 v1.29f
 

I have a problem with 1.29 patch too.I did everything write,I loaded patch crack file and marla singer map.But after several turns, game crashes to desktop with pirogue unit ini file problem.I installed the game several times,deleted older patches but nothing changed.PLease someone help me.......

First, reinstall the game without any patch or crack. Does it work ? Does it give the same problems ? Try to install only the official 1.29f patch and use your original cd, no crack, does it work ? Only if you test this can we be sure whether the crack is the one to blame. Try it and report the results here.

I tried again and again but nothing changed.This prologue unit doesn't want to open the game strangely.I used win rar win zip everything.I am driving mad.Does v1.29f need any other patches?

"marla singer map" is that unofficial map?

It is offical and was working with v1.17 patch.

And there's no way to get it to work, even with the original cd and no crack ? Does the game without that map work ?

I think this map makes this problem.Because when I load this map this **** proluge ship occurs.Do you know how can I play on a real big world map without random starting points?I don't want start with french at south america?Thanks for your help...It is good to know that I am not lonely....

Okay 1 thing is for shure, the map insn't wrong with. The map is untuched.

I don't even think the crack is the trouble. So contact the develop for tech support!

There are some setting U can do.
First. Chose real world huge map.
Second. There are some option U can pick about culture. More place the civ where the culture related or something check this.

Third. This is stuff that are not allow to talk about here!
This is a tech/game support stuff.
