PAL question
 

I just DL'd a movie and when I went to play it in my dvd player I found out that it is set up as a PAL version...
Is there anyway to convert it to ntsc, so that I can watch it..
I tried TMPGEnc but couldnt figure it out..Is there another easier program I could use?
