What drive are you trying to use with Primo?

I was getting some kind of px error with primodvd everytime I tried to run it. It just got fixed right now after I reinstalled recordnowmax, I had already installed recordnow, but it wouldn't work either so I reinstalled it and it fixed both, maybe cuz they are similar programs.

Well if you are trying to backup a dvd, which I am guessing you are, what dvd burner do you have?

same thing with recordnow max. i have no clue what happened from 3 months ago i was using primo and it went fine.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?

Are you using another dvd-rom to copy the game to an image first or using the A04 as the reader, as i get the same error message each time i use my normal dvd-reader. If i use my A04 as the reader it works fine everytime. Also, you could try setting the read speed to 'Min' to see if that helps, and connect the A04 as a master on the Secondary IDE channel with nothing else connected to it.
