Age of Mythology Safedisc v2.70.030
 

Hi,

I'm new to this stuff, and I sucessfully burned a copy of Age of Mothology to 2 CD R/W's. It installed fine to my computer from these CD's I made, but when I click on the exe. app to launch the game it tells me that it can't find the CD Rom and to please insert disk 1 into the CD ROM. I checked the Safedisc version and found out that it is v2.70.030. My question is what do I need to do in order to play this game? I'm really lost, and I would appreciate any help that someone can give me.

If your cd-writer is capable of perfect EFM coding and you think you have made a perfect 1:1 copy then your problem may be due to an ATIP check.
If you are playing the game from a cd-writer then enable Hide CD-R Media in the Clone CD tray icon, or Ignore Media Type in the Alcohol icon. Or you could play it from a non-cdwriter. If it still doesn't work then you probably didn't make a perfect 1:1 copy and I suggest you download a crack from Gamecopyworld and apply it to get around the copy protection.
