Is there a program to split up long mp3's ??
 

I've got some live DJ mix mp3's that are all over an hour long. Rather than burn 1 track, and wear out my seek button on my cd player, what could split it up.

Push go, and it splits it up into 5 minute tracks, or something. I know how to split it up manually, but what a PITA !

I have never done this, but this program says it will do what you need and much more. Or there is a free option that I read about here. It's amazing what you can find by typing a few words into google.;)

nero will do it for you ! just right click the track you wanna split when you've dragged it across, then properties , then the index tab and slit it up as many times as you like.

uhh get wave splitter at download.com, its amazinly good, u can get very precise timings
