hi u all ,do i need any patches when i make a copy of any ps2 based game (cd-r)

Depends on the game. First of all, use Clonecd. This takes care of any need for EA patches and such. You do need to patch if you are playing, in your case, a pal game. If you stick to Clonecd and ntsc games, you don't even have to worry about it.
