There is no physical difference.
One of them (the 105 I believe) is usually cheaper because it comes with no fixtures and fittings and no software, so you provide your own cables etc
The other, the A05, comes complete with everything you need but it's costs you more.

If you buy the CenDyne oem dvr-105, it will come with cables and some software, nero xpress, sonic mydvd and windvd.
