Dancing Stage party mix protected?

Can anyone tell me if Dancing Stage party mix is protected (SLES 03882) and if it is where can i get a patch.

Hi,
Not sure if it is, but if so then copy using either easy cd creator5 or clonecd, they both seem to bypass protection.
