Ok i have a router but its not working and i getting mad
i want to know whats another and simple way to connect my x box to my pc quick, fast and cheap
i have a new premod xbox with x2 lite
i need help i dont want to use a router
so someone help me and if you do
what should i buy and how do i set it up

Well, you could use a cross cable, but that won't do anything for xbl.

What do you mean by that? I dont know about your DSL/Cable modem but mine works with a straight or a crossover.

Freakzilla, I see you got the Sony DRU-500A. Very nice. Where you get it? I'm having one hell of a time finding one. I've called all the way to Las Vegas with no luck (witch is 4 hours away). I guess I could buy one online, but I kinda wanted to pick it up my self. Quall you get yours yet?

I didnt think about that. Even if I did I would still have to drive 4 hours to pick it up... Plus they are out of stock.

Guess my best bet would be to buy it right from Sony.
