VCD Help Please
 

Hi i was wondering if any one could help me , im having probs converting mpeg to vcd i have a dazzle which allows me to run my dvd , vcr ect and converts it to mpeg on my pc when i play the mpeg on pc everything works perfect video and audio but when i try and make a vcd through nero or winoncd it goes through ok but when i play it on my vcd player the sound after 7 min of play starts going in and out all the way through the rest of the movie but when i convert avi files through the same progs it works perfect sound and everything so does anyone know what could be the problem and also can i convert mpeg to avi and burn it that way thanks for any help scamper
