What formats can Playstation 2 play?
Quick question, does anyone know what formats a Playstation 2 can read?
e.g can they read MPEG 1 etc... how many formats can they read? Also...... If i wanted to back up a dvd of mine which happens to be about 6.5 Gigabytes in size! How could i reduce that in size to burn onto a DVD 4.7 Gigabyte. Then be able to play them on my Playstaion 2? Thank you. |
to copy dvd9 to dvd5 try using either of these links ( long process though )
http://www.digital-forums.com/dvd2dvdr/intro.htm http://www.doom9.org/ try and let me know how you got on :( |
Thank you
Thank you TAFFIO,
Thats valuble information and helps me a great deal, i shall put it to the test and let you know how i get on. Just one thing i can not seem to find : Spruce DVD Maestro. I have looked everywhere but you cant seem to get this software for love nor money! Any idea where i might find this software? Please e mail me : [email protected] Thank you once again! |
If you want to backup dvd movies, get dvdxcopy. It couldn't be any easier and takes a lot less time than the methods found at doom9 or anything else.

I agree with bighap that dvdxcopy is the best and easiest way to copy dvds , but jon_adams said he wanted it to fit onto a 4.7 gb dvdr. most dvds are dual layered and only fits onto 2 dvdr's.
and you might find spruce dvd maestro by typing spruce dvd into kazza;) not that i would do that. |
