World scariest police chases patch!!

I was wondering if any one else had a problem with the pal 2 ntsc patch for wspc it doesn't work. It goes from ntsc to pal but not the other way. if anyone has a patch that goes from pal to ntsc please tell me!!!

The only two patches for this are -
Worlds Scariest Police Chases PAL-2-NTSC Patch & License Fix US NTSC 5KB ADR
Worlds Scariest Police Chases PAL-2-NTSC Patch [PAL4U] US NTSC 1 B XLT
As anyone can see they are made to be applied to US NTSC copies, therefore they do not convert from PAL to NTSC but NTSC to PAL.
