Is the .exe file in German?
U can see that if u right click on the file and then click on properties. Then click on version. U see a language link. Clink on that and U see what language the .exe file is.
If is in English. U can download a crack in English. Because it might be langugae files that's are translate in to german.
Like the Sims or NHL 2003 or Fifa 2003.
The same .exe file but if U change the registry U can activate the language files. So the game is in the language that's U want.
So check these things up.

securom protected games mostly won´t work without the cracked exe for this language.
e.g. Empire Earth Addon US crack will not work with
german AddOn.
