Newbie question, plz help
 

Someone tell me if theres a difference between:

Making a iso of a game by replacing the exe with a cracked one and then burning it and installing it.

Making an iso of a game, installing it (lets assume that the game will install, but wont run) and then cracking the game by replacing the exe file?
