When I try to burn the dise from the hard drive i get that get window error mess to send a report. I have uninstall and reinstall with no improvement. can i burn one-on-one copy with out putting it on the hard drive.ps running xp pro:)

When an application locks up on my like that I usually reinstall windows. That almost always fixes the problem.

What error is it giving you.... I use Windows XP Pro and write images to the hard drive and then burn to dvd-r with no problem.

Yes, you can copy on the fly, as long as your dvd-rom is fast enough to keep up with your writer..(Most are)....
