multisystem tv or not?
 

i have a question:i have a magic 3 chip now when i try to play ps1 ntsc games i see them in black and white so i though it was my tv but then i downloaded a ps2 game with a pal ntsc selector and i selected ntsc and i could see colours what does that mean?

I think this means you have a TV with PAL playback only.

Have you tried running a NTSC-to-PAL patch or a selector on your ps1 games? This should confirm what the problem is.
