How do I use Alcohol 120%???

Im trying to make a backup of The Sims Deluxe Edition and I was told that the only way to get it working is with Alcohol 120%. Im not familiar with that software. Can someone tell me what options to select and check and use and so on. Thanks.

There's no need to play with the settings, when you click on image making wizard, select the appropriate copy protection profile and away you go.
To find out what protection is being used, download Clony XXL

so out of the 3 check box funcitons at the bottom the top 2 need to be checked?

Check Skip Reading Errors
Check Fast Skip Error Blocks
UnCheck Read Sub-Channel data ...

You don't have to check or uncheck any of these boxes.
Only use the drop-down menu and select the CopyProtection the game have and the boxes check/uncheck from self.

The same way with writing the image !!!

Install AND Play the game NOT from your burner. Your burner is able to detect a CD-R.
When you don't have any other drive than your writer/burner then use the CloneCDTray-Tool to "Hide CD-R Media".

Use the search button or read the CloneCD Manual for that function...
