I have already try a very lot of possibilities

you should be able to make a copy of Black n White that will read in your Plextor (and a very few other drives) using CLone CD with the Fast Error Skip settings of:

Read Retries: 3

Error Correction: None

and make sure read speed is 4x

If you want to make a copy that will work in other drives, you will need to remove the Safedisc2 protection via Unsafedisc 2 then go to gamecopyworld.com and get the latest No-CD patch..
