modchips...hmmmmm....what should i do?
 

im thinking of buying a modchip.

-How easy are they to install?
-which ones the best (easy to use, installation)
-Side effects, will they last OR will it mess up my PS2?

The good ones are not easy to install. The best one of the bunch is the messiah 2. The messiah 2 doesn't seem to have any side effects. The best thing to do is get it professionally installed. Contact charlie_ps2 or dust2dust through their profiles on this forum, they should be able to get you sorted.
