Think Hull chipper does. ask him he's usually on this forum, have heard some good stuff bout this guy. ie good price and 1 year guarantee!! he's well reccomended by a lot of people.

Yeah Hull_Chipper does it, i orderd a pre modded PS2 from him on monday and got it yesterday!

Its workin fine plus hes been very helpful by helping me out with all of the questions ive been askin him today.
