Runtime error '9' PRIMODVD

When trying to run prassi primo dvd im now getting a runtime error. this is what is says after the primoDVD screen is shown:

Run-time error '9':

Subscript out of range

i got same messege until i installed my pioneer 104 dvd-r/rw
