1...Is the 104 regionalised?..if so can it be changed(how do you do that)
2...Is it possible to backup a region 1 dvd without changing region on 104?

It comes not set to any region. They have a file you can download off their website to set the region. Maybe, some programs require you to set your region before they will let you use the prog. You can change your region code 5 times then it will lock on the 5th region selected.

You have to bear with me im just learning.

No problem. We were all noobs at some point.:)

There is a region hack for the 104.... It allows you to change the region as many times as you want.... I'll see if I can find it....
