ok..im using traxdata dvd-r to back-up my dvd`s...using primo or nero,disc copy goes ok records/verifys perfect.I've noticed on the recording side of the dvd-r's little marks about 2-3mm but not on the surface of the disc they seem to be in the middle of the disc if that is poss.backed up getaway onto a datasafe disc which was silver backed with a yellow top,there were no marks on this disc,using pioneer 104 the disc that have these marks on them seem to skip when played in a stand alone dvd player.is it just a media change required.according to the guy in the shop these traxdata/datasafe were the best disc for dvd/ps2 backups.........:eek:
