psx utilities for playing pal games on ntsc psx
 

the psx utilities got no guides on using it, if using the utilities, do it requires to copy cd image file and copy the cd image to a cd-r, or use the utilities on the game itself?

what "psx utilities"? do you mean those from megagames/gamecopyworld ?

the utilities come in zip d/l's, normally included in the zip file is some sort of text/notepad document with the info.

i download the zip file, the files inside how to use? if i got a pal game and how can i play the game on a ntsc set?, the website say the utilities can be used to play pal games on ntsc set, how to use the files?

sounds like you need either a PAL>NTSC patch or a PAL/NTSC selector patch
