I want to know if i could use this program to backup my games by clicking on create exact copy?

Yes.
If you are using a dvd-rom as the reader, just make sure its fast enough to supply the data to the writer.....
Most people just copy to the harddrive first, just to make sure there are no problems, so you don't get a coaster because of buffer underruns....
