Fifa 2003 - Pal2ntsc - I´ve Got It!!!
 

After 10 cd´s burned, hours spent over the net, here it is how to make your FIFA 2003 PAL to FIFA 2003 NTSC:

Simple, look for the file on the CD: SOCCER.INI it´s on the main root of the CD.
Edit that file with notepad, there is a line that´s wrote 0 for NTSC and 1 for PAL.
just modify the VIDEO_MODE=1 to VIDEO_MODE=0
burn it and play that game in NTSC

I did an image with Clonecd and edited the image with CDMAGE, extracted SOCCER.INI, edited and imported the file over the one in the image then i Burned the CD....

simply huh???
