GTA 3 Lag

Anyone getting lags every couple of seconds with this and is there a fix?

P4 2GHZ
512 RAM
Nvidia gforce 2 MX400 64meg

download the pazch v1.1 and try
be sure to have the latest servicepack for your OS installed

I have not known anyone who has played this game on the PC without a lag no matter how good their system is. To help though, turn off trails in the display options and reduce the draw distance.

Tried just about everything with this game, still bad lag problem. Gave up and played it on PS2!!!
