Illegal To Distribute

I’ve seen this “illegal to distribute” on some websites and here in the forums when ppl ask where they can get evox. I’m very interested in why it would be illegal to distribute? As a fellow DTV hacker I know its “illegal” but I can download the software almost any where, and its downloaded openly on most DSS sites.

They were built with an illegal copy of the MS XDK, thus, they are illegal.
