CRC error in RAR file, What can I do
 

I've download some No-CD patches from GCW mirrors (4 files) , and all of them are RAR files. Since I already had WinACE, I have no hesitation that I could open RAR file with WinACE. But, surprisingly, when I tried to unpack them, ALL the RAR files are CRC error. So, what can I do ? Can anyone help me out ? Thank you ...

Just to be noted : I download those files with IE, not with any download manager
