Creating a fake TOC for booting DVDRs?
 

I'm having difficulty with the booting backup DVDRs and I'm wondering if it's possible to create a fake TOC on a CDR to use in conjunction with AR2 v2 and a NEO 2.2 mod-chip for booting DvdR discs?
I've tried and failed with the standard boot procedures using MGS2, Silent Hill 2 and BG: Dark Alliance originals for booting - I've also tried some movie discs but none of them work.
